Mariah's room

Hey! I rent a house in a quiet neighborhood in Ogden off of Gordon Rd (close to College Rd & Kerr Ave). Only a 10-15 minute drive to Wrightsville Beach and downtown. The house is a 3 bed/2.5 bath. I’m looking to fill one of the bedrooms and keep the other as a guest bedroom/open for Airbnb (which can decrease rent). Downstairs, there’s an office which is great for remote workers. There’s an attached garage, fenced in backyard, and enclosed porch. I’m open to having 1 more pet in the house, as I already have 2. My lease ends February 10th, so I’m looking for someone to fill a room until then or who may be looking to renew the lease.

Hey! I’m Mariah, I’m 27 and own a fitness and nutrition business in downtown Wilmington. I have a cat and dog, both are extremely friendly and love to be loved. I’m quite health conscious, usually in the gym if not at work, do a lot of meal prep, and don’t drink/smoke. During the week, I’m at the studio and weekends, I like to relax around the house, go for walks/hikes with Maisie, and go paddleboarding.
