About the room
The room for rent is a fully furnished bedroom in a newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath home.
You will be staying in the first bedroom of the house which includes a full-sized bed, desk with chair, and full-size closet with mirror. You will be sharing a clean-kept bathroom with one other adult in the home.
Roommates will have their own space in pantry and fridge. Roommates will share access to the backyard, exterior, kitchen, and common area. Washer & dryer are located in the garage.
Room is for 1 guest only. No couples/No kids/ No pets or animals.
Less than 5 minutes from the 5 & 605 freeways!

About the roomies
I work in the medical field so my hours are a little hectic, whenever I am home I prefer to keep to myself but I am more than happy to help you get settled in!
Currently no other roommates reside in the home.
