The House - The stunning and spacious (2,100 sq ft) house is located in Inner Richmond (2 streets back from Golden Gate Park). There are 3 bedrooms (only renting 1 bedroom out so 2 housemates in total), a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a re-modelled basement and a deck / backyard. The house has hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, garbage disposal and ample storage. We get lots of natural sunlight throughout the day. LGBTQIA+ friendly household.

The Neighborhood - The house is super centrally located in Inner Richmond – 2 streets back from Golden Gate Park)! It’s super convenient and a short walk to many cafes, bars, restaurants, farmers markets (Clement Street is the best), yoga studios, ceramics studios, grocery stores (Safeway is 2 blocks away) and more. Favorites of mine include: The Coffee Movement, Han Il Kwan, Tekka Japanese, Ariscault and Wako Japanese. It is an extremely safe and fun area to live in with all types of entertainment at your doorstep.

The Housemate - I am an Australian in my late 20s who moved over to SF 2 years ago. I am an attorney and work from the Palo Alto office 3 - 4 days a week. Some hobbies include: cooking, live music, checking out new bars/restaurants, any sports, traveling, being active, etc. As a roommate, I am clean, friendly and chill and like having home be a place that just feels good to end the day at. I am also down to hang and am really close friends with all my previous roommates.

Looking for someone in their 20s - mid 30s. I am open to all genders and looking for someone who is thoughtful and responsible. The home vibe is friendly, fun and considerate and ideally you are looking for something similar. May consider certain dogs. Please no couples.
