One bedroom apartment in tustin.

The bedroom is for rent. It has a patio and closet. Shared bathroom.

I and my pets ( Dog and Cat) are sleeping in the living and it is covered with curtains for privacy!

The apartment is empty!!

Means: There is no tv, no couches, no wifi and No nothing, except of my own belongings, and with that being said .. you can bring WHATEVER you want in your room and also im going to furnish my apartment soon, I just didnt have the time or money to do that once i moved.

I do have a fridge to share. :-)

I am very clean, respectful and I mind my own business.

Electricity: on both split in half ! OR Single person ( $40) each month $55 each month (couples) Your choice of what you prefer and it’s negotiable.

All other utilities are free of charge.

Rules of the house:

• Pay on time! (There is a Fee for late payments)
• And be clean at all times. Especially the restroom!! ( we clean after ourselves).

Community rules:

• No smoking
• No drugs
• No parties
• No crazy loud noise

Parking: there’s none available, but for a one roommate I can offer you the space for an extra $60 a month over the rent of “ $750“

For two people it’s given to you free of charge, since your share of rent is “ $950“

I’m quite unless im playing with my babies “my dog and cat” and respectful and very clean i accept the roommates to be the same!
