private bedroom and bathroom need filled by late October/early November all utilities gas, water, sewer, wifi included!! covered parking garage or parking available on the street for multiple people. max (2) unfortunately we do not condone smoking or parties. apartment is furnished but room will not be. room has large window and large two door closet and lots of storage! shared kitchen, appliances, and fridge. we are cookers so we can definitely share the space if you like to cook as well. we are very hospitable people. the lease has five months left to it but you are more then welcome to renew it yourselves, we will be moving out of state once done with our service.

we are a military couple (in our 20s) looking for another service member, roommate, or a couple who are easy going, clean, and looking for a place to live! if you are by yourself we prefer males, but couples are welcomed as well, children are okay and pets if they’re nice, there is a pet deposit! anyone military is preferred we are very close to camp pendleton as well as the beach and stores such as walmart target aldi and albertsons!
