Seeking preferably female roommate for a 2 bed, 1 bath lease in Stanhope NJ. Private bedrooms, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Unit has a washer/dryer, pet friendly, spacious rooms and additional closets for extra storage space. W9 required for lease.

Total rent is $1,605.00 split evenly ($802.50 per month each). All utilities included except electric and Internet.

I am 29 year old woman, no kids, no pets and employed full time. Eventually I would like to move out of the apartment so I am looking for someone who will be able to take over the full lease eventually. Hopefully within a year or so but my timeline can be flexible.
