I am moving and I live in a beautiful two-bedroom apartment in Glendale/Peoria area. I need someone to take over my lease starting in January 2019. The apartment is 1,100 sq. ft. and rent is $800/ month and I have the master bedroom, it has a bathroom with a huge walking tub and a walk-in closet with tons of room! I have a roommate who is wonderful and rarely home since we are both teachers. She is 26 years old so preferably I’d like for her to keep a roommate around our age.

The complex is beautiful and has a gym and pool with a jacuzzi. There is wi-fi and cable already installed and a Nest Unit in the house.
