I am writing this post for my mom as she is in search of a potential roommate to occupy the lower half of her ranch style home in the Widefield area. As of now there is a more modern queen bed frame and mattress in the room, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture to make it as comfortable as possible for yourself.

Utilities besides internet is included in rent!
