Kat's room

I have a clean, smoke free, drug free, drama free furnished room available for rent in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Vacaville. Ceiling fan in the room, central heating/ac–did I mention clean?!? Lol! The utilities are shared 50/50–whether you are here all month or on vacation/out of town. Utilities include: PG&E, Water/Sewer, Garbage and Internet. I am pretty conservative so, if you are as well, the utilities will not be excessive.

I am retired so my day consists of getting up early–usually 4:30ish, I do a Bible study then work out in my modest garage gym–which, by the way, my housemate is welcome to use. Depending on the weather I take my dog, Louie, for a walk and upon returning home, I read, work on my writing or hang out with my grandson. I tend to mind my own business and prefer my housemate do the same :) On occasion, my brother will stay with me when he is in town which is why I state the bathroom as being shared. Other than on those occasions, it is a private space.
