Hi! I live in a 2 bed 2 bath, and I’m looking for a new roommate to sign a lease with (short term works too), starting November 13th! The apartments are in Gresham, and in a great neighborhood, IMO. I’m a communicative roommate (well, I try). LGBT friendly, definitely. 420 and tobacco is ok, but please smoke outside.

Rent: $790

If you have a dog or cat, or a hamster/fish/reptile, that is awesome. As long as pet hair doesn’t take over, I have no issue.

Utilities per person excluding wifi/cable: $50 to $80 per month depending on electricity usage.

Security Deposit: Let me know if you plan to join in on the security deposit. If so, your half is $900. If not, don’t worry about it. If you bring more than one pet, there will be a $400 security deposit for the additional. That’s what my roommate had to pay at least.

Amenities: There’s a pool, gym, and hot tub. The apartments seem pretty high quality, with nice windows. Well insulated. We have a parking spot.

Location: Not too far from Portland. Close to Mount Hood Community College with a bus stop. The area is near plenty of nature and parks, like the Gorge, Oxbow park and Springwater Trail. Surprisingly close to farmland as well, which is cool.

About me: Excited to meet some new people! I’m a bit of a homebody. Love to do outdoorsy stuff. I cook frequently (I try to make good portions so I have lunch the next day). I do hybrid work (either at work or home) 8:30am - 5pm. I might be doing some classes here and there. Maybe we could play some video games or board games! We can discuss visitor rules, just basic stuff. Sometimes I will ask if my little brothers, or sis can come over.
