About the room
This apartment is in 2nd floor, with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom and I am a working male professional. Looking for 1 person for $900 OR 2 friends are also welcome however then Rent would be $600 per person then. Maximum people will stay would me + 2 person, that is 3 person in total only. Plus Utilities (Electric and Internet) to be shared equally among us.
About the roomies
I am easy to go person, I like cleanliness however not super crazy about it, just follow general etiquette, you should be good.
