I have a furnished spare bedroom in a house There is Cable in a North facing bedroom and a shared bathroom (more on this later). Cat friendly but prefer a non-smoker and no drugs. Full kitchen, laundry and WIFI and good sized front yard and large backyard with a good size garden area. There is also a good amount of storage area in the basement. Quiet area, on street parking close to bus stop and fire department.

I am 68 yo bi male, pretty quiet and don’t go out much, retired. I don’t have a lot of visitors so the bathroom is pretty much yours and spend most of my home time watching tv or reading. Some knee trouble so I am not as physically active as I used to be. I currently live alone and don’t have a lot of furniture so the living room is empty and open to your furniture and usage.
