I am looking for a few young professional roommates, males or females for a new built in McKinney area. The house is around 3-5 minutes away from Costco, Sams, WinCo, HEB, restaurants, Cinema movie theater, and shopping centers. A few minutes walking distance to Colin College McKinney Campus, Raytheon campus. 5 minutes to I-75 and Sam Rayburn Tollway, and 1 minute to 380. And 30 minutes to DFW airport. Rooms are available in December. The house is located in a Mega project surrounded by pools, parks, walking trails, nature, lakes. Rent will be around $1150 all bills included. Let me know if you are interested. I can give you a tour as soon as you would like. Clean background check will be required to sign contract.
