We have a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home in Lawrenceville with easy access to Hwy 29 and 316, close to parks, shopping, dining and Gwinnett Medical facilities.

One furnished bedroom for rent. Bedroom has 2 windows that gets a lot of natural light. The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom that you will share. The room is available for either 6 months or 12 months with a possible option for longer. Rent is $650.00 includes some utilities (cable, water)/ You will be responsible for 1/4 of gas and electric. Free use of household amenities (laundry room, fridge space.) No weekly or split payments, must be paid by the 3rd of the month in full.

You would share the common living spaces (kitchen, dining room, etc.) with 2 very laid back and low-key people. Parking in front of the house for your car.

No pets. This is a non-smoking, drug-free household. We are not clean freaks but a certain level of cleanliness is required - make the mess, clean the mess.
