I live with two college roommates who go to mjc. I’m the owner of the house so this isn’t a sublet. We all work and go to school so the house is very quiet and peaceful. Prefer people under the age of 40 since sometimes there are get togethers. The bathroom is shared with another female so a female is preferred for this listing.
