I’m 34, live a pretty active lifestyle and like to keep the place clean. I have a 2 bed 2 bath in a nice apartment complex in Mission Valley. My roomate is moving out of state at the end of our lease so I’m looking for someone to fill his spot. I’d also be open to a couple moving in with a 3 way split of the rent. Ideally I’d like to do a 1 year lease but a 6 month lease is also an option. I typically work M-F so I’m available to show the apartment evenings and weekends. The new lease will officially start December 1st but my current roommate will be out about a week before that if you want to start moving your stuff in a little early.
