This beautiful house is located in a safe neighborhood in Woodland Hills area. You would have the master bedroom with access to the backyard right out of your room. Your own bathroom with two sinks & a walk in closet. Just 35 minutes from Malibu, 8 minutes from Topanga Mall, and relatively close to LA as well.

In addition there is an “office” room where you would be able to either get work done or maybe set up a little make up mirror situation. Anything :)

Also we would be the first people living there after it has been remodeled!
