This is a 2BR/2Bath Condo on the 1st floor in the beautiful & safe Del Mar Villas community in Carmel Valley. I live in this property and will be renewing the lease with a potential roommie. You will have your own room and private bathroom. The bathroom has an entry through your room and through the hallway. Room is 10.5 x 11, has a big sliding window, and closet. Washer & Dryer are in unit. There is one assigned covered parking space but there are plenty of extra parking spaces in the complex, all of which are closer to the unit. The condo is fully furnished. The unit is on the 1st floor. WIFI is $35 extra. The only utilities not included in the rent are SDGE (not sure how much that will be yet with an additional person). 12 month lease to be signed with the landlord.

I am Santhosh and the only other roommie here. I’m friendly to all people from all walks of life. I don’t host parties. I work for a major medical device/biotech company in San Diego. I work couple of days remotely and 3 days onsite as a 8-5 job. I am quiet and I cook Indian food few days a week (so you must be able to share my food ;) and tolerate the appetizing aroma).
