About the room
PRIVATE room is in a mostly unfinished basement, but room does have a door and wall so it is absolutely private. (The listing keeps marking it as a shared room, which it is not)
The 98% private bathroom is upstairs. Occasionally someone may use the bathroom since there are only 2 in the house, but it is rare.
We are family seeking to supplement some income, so we can save up to purchase our own home one day. Our home is located in a Beautiful family friendly neighborhood.
The deposit amount can be spread out over a couple months if needed.
About the roomies
My husband and I live in this house with our small child, dog, and landlord’s cat- so we prefer someone who does not have animals.
We love live music, specifically jam bands, and pretty much keep to ourselves.
My husband makes jewelry and I am a seamstress who also does upholstery.
We are looking for someone who clean, and respectful.
