About the Room: 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house in quiet neighborhood with large fenced in backyard and outside patio. Rent is for 2 unfurnished bedrooms on main floor with a full bathroom. Kitchen, Living room, dining room, laundry room, outside patio and a dog door to the back yard. Private bedroom can be furnished if desired (smaller bedroom could be used as your office). Bathroom is right next to bedrooms, and it will be shared, as I hardly use it because I have my own bathroom and bedroom in the basement (where I primarily reside). The Kitchen and dining room are shared, and I will give you space for your food items. We would also share the large backyard and patio. There is also a gas grill that you may use. I have cameras that surround the outside of the house and a camera in the living room and dining room for security. I keep the house clean and ask that you are clean and respectful. I would also like someone who will pick up after themselves. Smoking tobacco inside is not allowed, but Cannabis is allowed. There will be a $600.00 security deposit and you would be required to sign a standard month-to-month renters agreement, with only asking 30 days prior notice to moving out.

About the roomie: I am the only person in the house, with my dog, a German Shorthair Pointer, so very dog friendly. I’m open to another dog as long as they get along with my dog. I am an active person, so when not working day shifts, I am walking my dog, going on hikes, working in the garden, or going to yoga classes. I love plants and gardening and I grew up in Colorado and love it here!

Looking forward to meeting up for an interview to see if we can make something work and make sure we are a good fit as housemates. I am hoping to establish a good relationship and share a comfortable space as housemates.
