The home is in Swansboro, NC in a great location. Swansboro is a smaller town but doesn’t lack any activities. There are lots of small restaurants, shops and a really neat downtown area on the water. Its pretty much a 5 minute drive from anything you would need or want to do in Swansboro to include Walmart, Burrito Shack, and my church, Grace Church CC. It’s about 15 minutes or so to the beach on Emerald Isle which is much more touristy with lots of restaurants, beach houses, and is a great place to get away to. Additionally, if you need to go somewhere not offered in Swansboro, Jacksonville is only 25 minutes away and has anything you would need. Lastly, Camp Lejeune is also only a 25 minute drive. As I mentioned, Grace Church CC which is also only a 5 minute drive. It’s a reformed Baptist church and so far I’ve been very encouraged and plan to stick there.

I bought the house as a foreclosure so it was a little rough, but my family came out and we improved it quite a bit. Still lots of work to be done, but most of if not all of the critical stuff is out of the way.

To be up front, I am a Christian looking for other believers. I truly desire to find a brother in Christ more than I desire to find a house mate. I believe that living with other believers would be a blessing to us all as the Lord uses the fellowship of two believers to mold us into the likeness of Christ.

My current house mate is moving out in December as he is getting married. So Im looking for 2 roommates. I enjoy hunting, fishing, fitness, and work in the Marine Corps. As far as rent goes, I’m not trying to nickel and dime anyone, just looking to give both sides the best deal as possible.
