We rent a very nice decorated and private room for one person. Confortable bed, sheets blankets and pillows. 2 Charging station incorporated in the night stand. Closet incorporated. Nice 40 inches tv with Amazon prime included. Long tv stand for more storage. Cool chair and coffee maker (keurig). Private Bathroom with bathtub. Almost everything is brand new. Private exterior parking. Dining hall and patio included. Washer and dryer included. Ceiling Fan. Central AC and Central Heating. Cooking is not included but the tenant may use the fridge and freezer.

House is part of small town, fully fenced. Area is safe and tranquil. Big green area.

We are a couple in our thirties, from Spain and Colombia. We are very social, nice, kind, and welcoming. We have a lovely kitty cat.
