I have a downstairs unit with a washer and dryer in unit. Our unit faces the pool. You’d have your own bathroom. It’s not connected to your room, but it’s yours. I always have my (rare) guests use my bathroom. Rent is roughly $820 (then we’d split internet and electricity in half, water is included in the rent)

I’m Ray! :) I’m a veterinary receptionist. I have two cats, one of which has an autoimmune disorder so sadly we can’t have any other pets. I don’t have guests over often, besides my boyfriend who stays about 2 overnights a week. I’m totally happy if you want to have your significant other stay over a few nights a week too. I’m not a neat freak, but please don’t be gross. I’d like to meet you in person before you move in. I want to make sure we are both happy with who we’d be living with :)
