The property is security controlled, has two underground parking spaces, three heated pools (one salt water, large very hot jacuzzi outdoors, women’s only jacuzzi, sauna, showers inside and men’s only with same. There is a beautiful and spacious club room with a quiet room, free coffee and tea served in the mornings. Two package rooms for secure deliveries, 24/7 fitness gym, a running stream, tennis and pickle ball courts, onsite close laundry, elevators fifty feet from the front door.

Third floor unit, 1100 square feet, 2 bedrooms/2 baths, and bedrooms depressed by a large living, dining, open kitchen area.

The bedroom to rent is 10 wide by 16 feet long, two 8 feet tall closets, no shared outside wall, 12 foot A frame ceilings, a very long counter top outside your bedroom with 3 drawers, an extra sink and vanity with a large cabinet for any of your storage needs and a private bathroom right outside your bedroom door.

The kitchen is very well equipped.

The roomie will be me. I’m very clean, very organized and love coming home to a clean and quiet home where we treat this as our sanctuary.

I am not home a lot and work outside the home.

I like yoga, meditation, the beach, working out, hiking, skiing and I’m a skydiver with over 200 jumps.

I cook and mostly eat a vegan diet but eat whatever you like. No judgements.

I like to learn guitar, play the drums a bit but not here. lol

I’m friendly and can keep to Myself as well.

There is plenty of room here and I just want to enjoy this great apartment that’s so hard to find here Culver city.
