Seeking a roommate to join a renewing lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Silver Spring MD, 5 minute walk from the metro and bus stop, and 10 minute walk from Downtown Silver Spring. Period begins on November 1st, and share of the lease is $1100/mo.

Apartment amenities include unfurnished bedroom with en suite bathroom, large furnished common living area, spacious galley kitchen with dishwater and gas stove/oven, balcony, credit card-operated washers and dryers on the same floor, fitness center on ground floor, and garage parking ($120-150/mo). We are two working adults, female and male ~30 years old, who frequently work from home. We are looking for a conscientious working individual, preferably late 20s or over 30 years old, who would like to share a calm and clean space.
