I am a working professional looking for another fellow working professional (non-smoker) to move into my newly remodeled private in law unit in a quiet San Bruno neighborhood bordering Millbrea. I am quiet and respective of space, although you will have your own private in-law unit. I would love for someone to move in who is looking to make this place their home and treat it as such - quiet, friendly, pays bills on time, etc…all the adult stuff!

About your future home - safe neighborhood, property well-maintained and landscaped, private entrance and unit is blocked off from main house, brand new kitchen, fridge (also new) and microwave included and large bathroom with storage space and wide standing shower.

Please note the unit will be unfurnished upon move-in. Rent is $2000. Internet and some utilities included in rent. Lease will be a 1-year contract. Move in date is January 1, 2019. However, if you need to move in earlier, this is very possible. I love all fur babies, but only specific pets allowed- please inquire if you have pets.
