Looking for a working professional, graduate student or Post Doctorate to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in South Boulder. Quiet, tidy, eco-friendly and peaceful household located in a quiet neighborhood. Available bedroom is fully furnished. I work from home so no work from homers, please.
Rent is $1400 per month and includes gas, electricity, water, sewage, recycling, trash, snow removal and wifi. Deposit and first month’s rent is required. Prefer a 6 month or 1 year lease to be signed upon acceptance. Will need references and a credit check (can be purchased through Roomies.com). Move in can be as early as 5/11/26.
Close to bike trails, hiking, CU, restaurants, grocery stores, bus stops and other amenities. A very large garden runs along the front of the house so if you enjoy gardening, this is your chance to get your hands dirty! Off street parking is available.
About the roomies
I offer a quiet, peaceful home to share with my dog (I have one well-behaved dog, so looking for someone who will enjoy living with a dog but has no pets of their own) and me. I also run two separate and private AirBnB units that are attached to the house and are rented out year round. I keep our home clean and organized and request that any roommate do the same. No smoking in or anywhere on the property.
