One bedroom available in a four bedroom, two bathroom, two story house. Beautiful quiet neighborhood very close to the Berlin Turnpike and 10 minutes from CCSU. The room is downstairs, alone in the finished basement, along with a bathroom and washer + dryer. There is a home gym/ work out equipment in the garage. Ample parking.

My wife (28) and I (34) are the only ones who live here, and our rooms are upstairs which is where we spend most of our time. My wife would prefer to rent to a female. We are very clean people, have no pets, and are looking for someone who will take care of and respect our home, and neighborhood as well.
