Current situation is ideal for a female as she will be sharing a bathroom with another female.
All rooms are large and are furnished. They have a dorm refrigerator and microwave. The house is quiet. We have a pool and maintain our yard. The beds are Queen size and we provide the linen. The location is close to Bird Bowl and La Carreta on Bird Road. Great access to highways, equal distance to the Turnpike as to 826. We have had students and professionals stay for over a year and seemed very happy with the arrangements. For the Shared bathroom we prefer to have either two man or two women in those bedrooms. We do NOT provide maid service and expect the tenants to clean up their assigned bathrooms and maintain the kitchen clean after each use. We will keep the common areas clean and available for your use.
Our children got married and we have a 6-bedroom home. We have been renting out for the last 6 years. We have 2 rooms available with a shared bathroom for $950 each.
