Hello! We have an unfurnished downstairs room available in a townhome in Oceanside, CA. Available as early as November 1st. Rent is $1250 with utilities included. We are only looking to rent the room out to one individual.

Security deposit is one months rent but we can work with you on that (if you need to pay it in payments)

Message me for details, I could also send you a video of the room and we can set up a day to tour the room. There is not a private bathroom in the room, there is a public bathroom across the room but can be only your bathroom.

The landlord does not allow pets.

We are looking for a long term roommate.

There are 2 males and 1 female (me) that live upstairs. There will also be a child that visits 4 days a month.

Btw this is a 4 bedroom townhome.

The two males are both in the military, so they mainly are at work. I work remotely so I will be home a lot. Once everyone is home we just cook and relax with some tv/games. We love having game nights!
