This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 story townhouse in a gated community, in downtown Fresno. It would be just 2 people sharing. Includes washer/dryer, patio, onsite parking, and community pool & tennis courts. Asking for 700 for rent and then split utilities evenly. Willing to discuss in detail if you’re interested. Currently on a lease until May and then it would be month to month.
About the roomies
I am the only other roommate 😊 I’m a 30 year male that works downtown in healthcare. I also have a second job down in Tulare and often go out of town, so I end up being gone a lot.
I am preferably looking for a roommate around my age who is also working, LGBT friendly, and possibly open to pets (dogs) but would need to discuss.
