Hannah's room

It’s a 4 bed 2 bath house. I pay $1145/mo + utilities depends, usually anywhere between $100-$200. You get the master bedroom and a spare bedroom. There is 1 female living here occupying the other two rooms and also has a black lab. access to full kitchen, living room, garage, backyard, front yard, driveway parking.

I am looking to move out into my own apartment and have someone added onto the lease I am on with my current roommate. You would be added to the lease and take over my part of rent and 2 bedrooms after I move out. The other female has the other two bedrooms and spare bathroom. There also is a dog living here, a black lab. Lease ends on 5/31/24.
