It’s a single room for rent with its own bathroom. The main bedroom, which I occupy, is across the common area, on the other side of the unit, so we’ll each have our privacy. The common area includes a living room, dining room, and kitchen, and there’s also a balcony. The common area is fully furnished, but the bedroom for rent only has a desk and a rug right now - feel free to furnish it according to your tastes.

The condo unit is on the second floor of a mid-rise right on Route 9. We’re a 5 minute drive west of Framingham Center. Unfortunately, there’s no garage space for our unit, but the parking lot is huge and I’ve always been able to find a spot, regardless of the time of day.

All utilities are included in the rent. There’s no cable/live TV, and whatever streaming services/devices you’d like to use would be at your own expense. The laundry room is downstairs next to the lobby, and there’s a gym down there as well. There’s a pool next to the building that’s only open during the summer.

My building doesn’t allow pets, so if you have any pets I unfortunately can’t accommodate them due to that policy.

It’s only me living here, but my parents stop by for a social visit every now and then. I work from home most days. I’m not super strict on cleanliness, but I try my best to keep the place reasonably clean and I’ll ask that you do the same.

Heavy drinking, partying, smoking, or recreational drug use are not permitted within the condo unit. Guests are welcome as long as I’m notified ahead of time.
