Located in the Jeffries point area of East Boston is a private bedroom with a private bathroom and office space on the first floor of the apartment. (The brick wall is wallpaper decal and can be removed! Wall color is off white.) Two other roommates live on the main floor where the kitchen, living room, washer and dryer are. 5 Min walk to the blue line (Maverick Station). One stop into Boston (Aquarium Station).

Juliana is 22 and Kate is 30. They are both seeking a third female roommate to take over the first floor room on December 1st. Both work full time in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and a Research Assistant. Kate’s really into pickle ball and tennis. Juliana’s really into graphic design and radio.

There’s a cozy bar called the Quiet Few across the street as well as a nicely stocked Bodega. Theres also a liquor store two doors down and a bakery 5 doors down.

A 10 minute walk down the road places you in view of a beautiful Boston skyline across the water too.
