I recently toured a brand-new building in East Orange, and I absolutely fell in love with it. The building itself is fantastic, featuring spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Plus, there’s the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

Location-wise, it’s a short walk to East Orange station, which is perfect for anyone who enjoys traveling, given Amtrak’s proximity and easy access to Newark Airport. The building also offers a range of amenities, including a gym (and if you find it lacking, there’s a Planet Fitness just a block away), a game room, a co-working center, and multiple patios. There’s even a second-floor deck and a rooftop space. For those with cars, garage parking is available, although it is paid per space.

I’m currently seeking a roommate to join me on a lease of at least 12 months, but I’m open to considering a longer lease. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. We’ll split utilities, and parking costs $75 per month. Additionally, the apartments I’m considering have a total monthly rent ranging from $2600 to $2800.
