Room for rent in our friendly Victorville home- upper level bedroom with a shared full bath right next to it (or for an additional $100/month can be your own private restroom). Full access to kitchen (you will have your own fridge in the garage) access to the laundry room, and second level home gym. The room is also furnished but can easily be emptied. 6 month lease then month to month leasing thereafter. I am asking for $500 security deposit upon signed contract. We currently have another tenant renting our first level bedroom.

We are a young family in our early 30’s with 2 kids (ages 5 & 11). We are very laid back but are always busy working, going to school, or hanging out with friends. We are very clean people and expect the same out of our renters.
