Currently looking to sublease my bedroom in a four bed four bath apartment at University House in Fayetteville, AR. It’s a furnished room with its own attached bathroom and small walk-in closet. Three other girls live here and pets are welcome. It’s 5 minutes from campus with two bus stops for two different bus routes nearby and a private shuttle to campus. The amenities include a pool, gym, study rooms, a game room, and a golf simulator! Base rent is $509 but estimating with electricity and if you want to pay for a reserved parking spot, it’s around $570

Three amazing girls would be your roomies! These are some of my best friends in the world and I’m having to move back home unfortunately but I can only say you will laugh and scream and have the most fun. But also, having the most kind and caring people on your side. We also all do our own things at the end of the day and fully respect each other’s privacy.
