Jayne's room

I purchased the house in March and am constantly doing updates and fun projects! Still updating so many things. (As you can see, it’s a little out dated and has some old charm) The yard is a great size and the living room is equipped with a 70’ tv. The location is very convenient and is just right off the highway in Duncanville. Only 15 minutes to Downtown Dallas. It’s located in a quaint and quiet neighbor that I feel save in and I have some very sweet neighbors.

Me and my other house mate are always having a good time cooking, watching tv, or hanging out! We’re super welcoming and love meeting new people! Renting a room is a great way to save up and that’s what I did until I was able to purchase my own house. Would highly recommend!
