Ridge Avenue

We live in downtown Evanston. Our condo is located less than a 10-minute walk from the Metra and the L. We are only a 15-minute walk to Northwestern and Clark Street Beach. The room comes furnished with a queen bed, closet space, nightstand, small single couch, desk, and a TV that comes with streaming services included such as Hulu, Netflix, and Apple TV. There is also a large deck outside of the room with a BBQ and table. The room has two stories.

There are two shared bathrooms and one shower. Rent includes everything such as utilities and wifi. You are responsible for paying the rent only. We do have four cats who live with us, so we are looking for someone who is cat-friendly. Our cats are very efficient and loving. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easygoing and who is willing to sign a year or short-term lease.

We are looking for someone who is willing to help take turns cleaning the house monthly, help take out the trash, and someone who does not leave their dishes in the sink, or a mess in the kitchen. We are very clean people and will not put up with anything less.

My husband and I are in our 30s and own the condo. We are down to earth people who enjoy meeting new people and making friends. I am from Spain and my husband is from California. Before moving to Evanston, we lived in Madrid, Spain, and Dublin, Ireland. I am a School Teacher and my husband is a Truck Driver.
