I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. It’s currently just me and I plan on keeping the 3rd bedroom empty to use as a storage room. The house has a small front and backyard with a fire pit and deck, updated appliances and comes fully furnished aside from the room. Utilities (water and electric) is not included in rent, it will be split in half with me. Utilities can range from an extra $75-$150 depending on the season. Wifi and trash are included in the rent. The property is smoking/cannabis friendly, but any smoking MUST be done outside. There is a small storage shed located outside with a heater that you are welcome to use if needed to smoke.

I am currently the only person on the property. I am a 19 y/o college student who goes to Lane part time. I work as a receptionist at a 24hr veterinary hospital and work 10hr shifts, so I do spend a decent amount of time out of the house. The are currently 4 animals living in the house, 1 dog and 3 cats (though the third cat is a foster), so being okay living with animals is a must. Unfortunately due to the amount of pets already in the home, I can’t allow any more pets. I keep shared spaces tidy and usually do a deeper clean of the house once a week. The ideal roommate will also be tidy and clean in shared spaces, as well as someone with good communication skills and willing to compromise.
