Hello future landlord Currently reside in my own apartment looking to down size I work nights and stay home during the day sleeping and when I’m off I kept the same schedule and it can be change , My schedule and my off days have nothing with you so as long as I respect you, your home and pay rent on time, I want to be comfortable so if you expect me to stay on my room all day and not use the living room and questioning how much food I cook This isn’t going to work out, I understand everyone have rules but I’m an adult offering money to find a room I atleast want to be comfortable I’m not paying you money to just disappear.
