Christopher's room

One small bedroom with an attached bathroom/shower/tub that is shared. The room is 10x10ft with a medium-sized closet, shared washer and dryer units, kitchen with dishwasher, living room, and a small side yard that is fenced. The garage is open for a small vehicle to park in but it is a compact garage so larger vehicles would have to use street parking. Rent is $800 including utilities at the end of the month. A cat(small) and a dog(medium) are already living in the house, we are open to having more pets but they must be friendly due to the animals already being present and $50/month would be needed per new pet. The refrigerator, pantry, and cupboard are shared. The current occupants are two males aged 24 and 25. You would have to apply through a housing agency but we would pay for your application fee with proof of application.

I (25M) am an avid runner, climber, and lifter. I work as an engineer designing cleanrooms for the local semiconductor fabrication facilities. I enjoy having small get togethers at the house every once in a while and all roommates are always invited. My current new hobby is dancing, and I am learning Salsa and West Coast Swing.

Mike (24M) is very into lifting and going to Raves. He works as a lab tech for the red cross on the night shift. He infrequently hosts his friends for taco nights and drinks, also always inviting all roommates.

My dog Bailey (3M) is a lovable medium sized dog who could not be friendlier once he gets to know you. He loves being around other dogs and is always eager to play catch or sprint around the dog park for an hour straight.

Mike’s cat Sammy (4M) is a tiny and very silly cat who will incessantly beg for if you are home while he is awake.
