Students welcome About the room Looking for one roomie to join Becca and Abby in our recently built townhome. The townhome is a 3 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bath.

The shared living space downstairs is fully furnished with a comfortable couch and 65’’ TV mounted on the wall (Great for movie nights!) Big kitchen with newer appliances, perfect for cooking at home. The house stays very clean and we’d like to have roommates that share the same values.

Located less than 4 miles from old town, and 2 miles from I-25. We’re about one block from a 40 acre open space and just a couple minute walk from 2 community pools which you can access all summer with the pool key fob.

Would like to have a one year lease set up. For the past two years, we’ve split utilities three ways and intend to keep it that way. It ends up being around $85 a person for Xcel, internet, and foco utilities. $750 deposit up front.

About the roomies Our Current tenant, Becca, is living in the Master Bedroom with a private bathroom. Becca is very fun and friendly. She enjoys a clean house and works a full time job in Fort Collins. Abby is in the 2nd bedroom and is a nurse at a local hospital. Her and her well trained fur baby, Hank the basset hound are awesome. We’re looking to find another roommate to live in this newly built, beautiful living space!
