3 year old house in Wedgewood Houston. Walking distance to the new stadium as well as Houston Station. Shared bathroom situation. We have new appliances and there is parking in the driveway area as well lots of street parking. We have high speed internet and utilities will be split 3 ways.

I work for TikTok during the day on a hybrid schedule. I’m typically working on film projects on the weekends. Carson is a server and firefighter in training but works fairly normal hours. The cat is her own boss and runs the house. She’s really sweet at least and thinks she’s a dog. We will have golden retriever in the summer so we are looking for someone who loves pets and understands they live in a pet household.
