Renting out the primary suite in my house starting January . All utilities included in rent. My current roomie and bestie is leaving me in December. I am planning to move from the primary into her room at that time. The house is only 3 minutes from the CFCC North Campus in a great family-oriented neighborhood. There’s a community pool, basketball court, and tennis courts.

The primary bedroom is pretty good sized and has a walk-in closet off the bathroom. The pics are from the MLS listing when I bought it (sorry!) so just imagine furniture is there plus the fireplace wall is now olive green lol. The back wall of the primary bedroom is also painted a mauvy color now. I’d be happy to set up a facetime tour or in person tour if you think it would be a good fit!

I have a dog (she is the goodest girl!), so please no additional pets. I am only here about 50 to 60% of the time, so I would prefer someone that is open to loving on my girl and helping to take care of her when I am I not here. But I do have 2 dog sitters in rotation that I use as as needed (they do overnight stays if nobody is home, but I have a keyed entry knob on the bedroom door).

My fiancée (he doesn’t live in this house) and I own our own construction company so my day to day always looks a little bit different.
