This is a beautiful downstairs room with tile floor (nicer in the winter and summer), shutters on the window, queen size bed, big nice desk with a nice desk chair, good sized wardrobe, smart light (can control from the phone). The room has a private half bath (toilet and sink). Shower is shared and is upstairs. The house is furnished with high-end designer furniture and all appliances are brand new (fridge, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer) except for the microwave. The home has a nice spacious living room with a 65“ TV. A nice dining room and a family room next to the kitchen. Housekeeping/Cleaning service once a month that takes care of the common areas and bathrooms.
All occupants are male college students and/or professionals. No smoking, absolutely no drugs or drinks. Guests are allowed on a case by case basis in consent with other roommates (usually they don’t mind unless it’s a major inconvenience).
