This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet Watauga neighborhood. Private furnished or unfurnished bedroom, bathroom shared with guests, driveway parking, shared common areas, washer/dryer, and WiFi access.

I’m looking for a female (hopefully Christian), respectful, and clean roommate.
I’m a retired family oriented, fun loving lady. When I’m home I basically listen to audio books, watch TV and love on my Yorkie mix dog (Poppy). I’m one of five sisters with lots of nieces and nephews. I spend lots of time with my family and host a couple of gatherings each year.

Requirements - No smoking/vaping, no parties (gatherings/visitors allowed) one small non shedding, house trained dog allowed, background check and proof of employment.
