About the room
Hello. The Building is VYV South (444 Warren St) and we’re looking for a tenant for the 2nd bedroom to help us renew the lease from November 21st.
VYV is a luxury apartment building with two towers, each with its own gym, lounge, conference room, outdoor dining/BBQ.
Monthly rent for the 2nd bedroom is $1686 Water +sewer fee per tenant is $18 Trash fee per tenant is $5 Internet per tenant is $30 Amenity fee per tenant is $233
No broker fee or guarantor fee since our salaries are enough. Very close to ShopRite, and PATH is 8 mins by walking. Very close to Grove St too.
About the roomies
The living room is occupied by me, and the master bedroom by another guy. We’re both working professionals. 2nd bedroom is currently occupied by a tenant as well but he’s not renewing the lease, hence we’re looking for a new roommate. Feel free to contact for a video of the 2nd bedroom.
