The house is located about 5 minutes from UNCC. It’s 750$ a month for rent, all utilities included. 1 of the 2 rooms is almost fully furnished with a bed, TV and lamp. Each room has its own closet. There is on site washer and dryer, an attic and closet for storage, living area furnished with leather furniture, a table and fireplace. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances along with a pantry, and two kitchen tables. The garage can be used to park 1 car and the driveway can hold up to 4 cars. The house has a front and backyard. The background check will just require references from past landlords.

I currently live here alone and I am looking for 2 roommates. I work as a restaurant manager and I am a non smoker and I drink occasionally. I am very clean and organized and I am usually working most of the time. When Im not working I like to relax, hang around the house or maybe go out.
