The room in the basement is fully furnished with a bed, cabinets, closet, and a connected bathroom with shower. Right outside there is a table with microwave, minifridge, coffee maker, and other amenities. We Upstairs by the kitchen we have the washer and dryer, but it would be only once a week washing . There is driveway space for only one parking. Great internet. Lease will be a month to month basis as needed as it suits us both ways if you wish leave or myself as landlord to terminate the stay .Good credit and back ground check is required .Thank you

Two sons who live upstairs and mind their business, and we have two small dogs Sadie and Zoey. I do my work in the basement but it is separate and out the way.
